Dear members of the Bailey Company family,

Sandi Milligan of the Nashville store has decided to retire from The Bailey Company after 42 years of service. Sandi has been a great asset to us and has been very instrumental in developing the image of The Bailey Company. Sandi has decided it was time to spend time with her grandson as well with her mother. May 31,2012 will be her last day.

Please congratulate Sandi on her new adventure!

Congratulations to Gary McIntyre and his daughter, Anna!  From the Chattanoogan:

They danced and they pranced. They shaked and they baked. And then did the dance craze known as the Wobble. It’s their grandparents’ version of the Twist, the Mashed Potato and the Bristol Stomp.

Introducing our new, low-profile delivery truck.  No more need to lay down those extra tall reach trucks and stockpickers.  Instead, we can roll them on our trailer and get them straight to your door.  We are especially excited about this, as it will further lessen our carbon footprint by cutting down on fuel usage of deliveries.

Load wheels rarely get any attention, until they wear out. Having a more durable wheel will save you time, money, and increase the productivity of the real job: moving goods. For many companies, load wheel maintenance exceeds 50% of their forklift maintenance budget, so finding a longer lasting load wheel alternative can save a lot of money.

In April 2011 a tornado destroyed much of Ringgold, Georgia. The tornado that hit Cherokee Valley Road leveled homes, restaurants, and stores, and seven people died. While much of what was destroyed has now been rebuilt, there is still much left to be done. Right after the disaster, a number of businesses and relief agencies stepped in to help.
