We are proud of our strong record for outstanding product support - and you will be, too!
Technology has accelerated, and forklift trucks have reaped the benefits. However, with the increased integration of software into forklifts comes the necessity for superior service. A simple mistake can ruin a unit or make it less safe; it is imperative that only a highly trained, properly equipment technician service such vehicles. The Bailey Company has the computers and diagnostic equipment to do the job correctly, and safely.

Our strategic branch locations and large technician force allow us to provide prompt service.
It should also be noted that we are able to make factory-authorized warranty repairs and maintain records of warranty coverage so you will never take an expense that should be covered by warranty.
For service outside of warranty, or for accidental damage, we can provide service on a time and material basis, for a monthly fee, or by the "run time" for a fee per hour. We have great flexibilty in how we provide service as well as in how we invoice for it.
Care Plus Planned Maintenance
The not-so-secret "secret" for low lift truck maintenance expenses is a regularly scheduled planned maintenance program. In servicing our own forklift fleet of about 1200 units, we have learned firsthand that lift trucks must have a regular oil change, lubrications, software updates and safety inspections, etc., in order to operate in the most economical and productive way possible. Our computerized scheduling system allows us to make sure your units get the needed planned maintenance. We make this a company priority and strive for extraordinaryly high completion ratios. Despite classifying all PMs that are three days or more late as past due, we currently average 97% completion on time.
